Post Human

Posted September 3, 2013 into Lunch Time Video by John Birmingham

An ep or two down the line we're going to talk about web based series on Spartacast and as part of the research for that (because we always do the research) I came across this bad boy at i09.

It's teaser/pilot thingy for a proposed series called Post Human. Looks kind of early Neuromancer crossed with the high kinetics and blood fountains of a Richard Morgan novel. (Sorry Murph.)

There's a bit of cartoon nudie towards the end that your boss wouldn't appreciate seeing at work. Unless your boss is awesome.

Well, I'd feel bad if Morgan actually did anything original. When he does, send me a memo.

I'm a bit rusty on my Anime but the Japanese have been doing this sort of thing for decades.

Respects,

Did I see Scooby Doo, and by extension, Shaggy?

Wow Shaggy really got some madz skills with the tech. Reminded me a bit of Ghost in the Shell, the voice particularly sounded to me like Major Kusangi. Also a bit of Eon Flux.

Oh I loved that. I will pay for this content. Terrence and Dog 9 are now my mates.

My boss would very much appreciate nudity at work. But that's because he's a sleazy lounge lizard, not becuase he's awesome. Once, when a little drunk at a work party, he asked me if I'd like to see three of my work colleagues 'lez out'. What do you say to something like that? #skincrawl
