To mark the conquest of Jupiter

Posted July 7, 2016 into Lunch Time Video by John Birmingham

Well, we'll conquer its gassy ass one day, I'm sure. Now we've got an honest to goddamned probe in orbit.

Until then, and to celebrate our coming victory over the rest of the solar system, enjoy this fantastic vid, narrated by Carl Sagan.

Its one of my go to videos to cheer myself up. In the spirit of space exploration and our hopes for the future I offer Petry Baelish on the importance of ambition in space exploration.

This is indeed a great video.

See, Barnes. We can agree on something.

Indeed wasn't it one our the American Presidents who claimed " What divides us pales in comparison to what unites us".

For my fellow countrymen, I sometimes wonder if that statement still holds merit, but I believe so.

Thats really well done. couple of this I think should be pointed out though.

1 I see no Galactic Marines or Troopers and no form of gun platforms.
2 The space ships quite fkn obviously have no " NUKE THE FKRS FROM ORBIT" Capability and that fkn sucks.
3 Whats with the fkn wings on the space suits, thats fine , but I see no ordnance on them. You would at a minimum put 10 shooter fire works fkn things to shoot at ya buddy......adn thats a fkn MINIMUM!
