Pre-order A Girl in Time via iBooks for a discount

Posted December 5, 2016 into A Girl In Time by John Birmingham

Most of you would get the discount anyway, because you're in the bookclub, but for anyone who's just passing through and looking for a tasty saving, you can pre-order A Girl in Time for AU $3.99 on iBooks.

It'll be $5.99 on release. (Unless you're a subscriber, of course. Then you get a sneaky secret discount too.)

Anyway, this universal link will take you to your appropriate shoppe.

Gonna wait 'til the magic discount eagle flies for this
one. Will come in nicely for lazy reading after my delving into Chris Allen's 'Intrepid' series whose hero, ex Oz army Alex Morgan provides lots of Havocky, 'splodey fun.

Hmmm is the book club discount better than the iBooks discount? Because I pre-ordered on iBooks thinking that $3.99 for time travelling 'splodey goodness was a right bargain

Nah. They're the same. Apple offered me some promo juice for the exclusive, which I couldn't knock back. But my rule is the bookclub discount matches everything.

I currently work at the Mines in Pilbara and I am really struggling for a new book to read. Current one is hard going but I don't like to give up in the hope it will 'come good'.
Other than work not much to do on site.
I was saving the next episode of "Dave' for Xmas but the question is now , do I wit get "dave' and read him this week and save "Girl in Time" for the Xmas break and a floating beer in my pool ?

There's a Dave Xmas Special coming. And it'll be free to everyone in the bookclub.

The idea being to get a swag of pre Christmas reviews to get "Girl" on the Amazon lists? I should read it first before doing the 5 star thing but that's not really compulsory when reach arounds are involved is it? Vote early, vote often.

I had a full spiel composed, how AGOOT had changed my life, made me a better person, cleared up my tines & restored my eyesight, but it appears El Goog requires one to pay full price for multiple titles before one's opinion is valid or valued. Sorry JB. If you need me I'll be over here enjoying my ill gotten timetravelley goodness.

A sentence from the first draft of my review: "This is without a doubt the best-edited e-book ever!" Unfortunately, it ended up on the cutting room floor LOL
